Refunds & Returns
At Luxury Deals Hub LLC ("we," "us," "our"), we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below. By purchasing from Luxurydealshub.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not on our list of non-returnable products (see Section 5).
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is provided.
If your return meets these conditions, we will process your return and issue a refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at Luxurydealshub1@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the return address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds
Once your return is processed and accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
- It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products (e.g., personal care items, clothing, etc.)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you, depending on your preference. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
8. Late Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns received after the 15-day period will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
